Caldwell Industries has two locations: our new facility in Louisville, KY for custom injection molding and tooling, and our Auburn, KY location for die cutting and extrusion.
The oldest of these operations is the die-cutting division. Originally started as a leather tannery in 1865 the business evolved into leather lace for shoes and sporting goods and eventually into die cutting of non-metallic materials.
In 1985 the present owners bought the die-cutting operation and started the injection molding operation in 1987.
In 1984 Caldwell’s annual sales were about $2,000,000. Our annual sales have steadily grown to the current $11,500,000 level. Caldwell ships parts to all 4 corners of the world and we have EDI and Internet capability.
Caldwell obtained ISO9002/QS9000 certification in February of 1998. We are committed to fulfilling our customer’s expectations and to helping our customers solve their problems
